You can request deletion of your MehalX account through the in-app support flow.
How To Request Deletion
- Open MehalX.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Contact support.
- Choose the account category.
- Use the subject "Account deletion request" and submit the ticket.
What Happens Next
The support team will review the request and may ask for confirmation from the signed-in account. Account access and public profile details can be removed after verification.
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, audit logs, or moderation history. Examples include reports, moderation actions, support records, and transaction safety evidence.
